1. Contact Sensor PCS-250 with Needle Assembly
Teaching the sensor a tool is as single as pressing the teach button on the control unit. Once the entire swing cycle has been learned, any low tolerance deviation from those parameters will be interpreted as a fault condition.
打开控制器的教学按钮即可启动检测器教学模式，一旦整个摆动周期被设定，这些参数中的任何低偏差将被认定为故障状态。
Memorized swing movement is stored in memory and does not reguire another teaching cycle when power has been removed.

?	Swing angle of needle is memorized, either CW or CCW direction, up to 300°max. CW or CCW can be changed by the switch on the control unit.

?	Contact Pressure of needle (speed of needle swing) can be changed in 3 steps by the switch of control unit. The lowest swing speed is ideal for the small dia. of tools. Up to about 0.4mm dia. of tools can be detected.

?	Rotation angle can be set and/or changed flexibly CW or CCW, in the range of 5° to 175°.
